founded in 1986 as a service and supply source for the
broadcast news and commercial production communities. We
continue to serve those markets and thousands of customers
from universities, religious organizations, and all levels of
government. All orders subject to approval. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Prepay, C.O.D., and Net terms are available. Charge card, check acceptance, net terms, and C.O.D. require an application approved by Custom Supply, Inc. Charge card applications will be processed in one hour. Other applications will be processed in 3 to 10 days. Accounts with open balances are subject to service charges of 1.5% per month (18% per year) with a minimum monthly charge of $3, after 30 days. Orders prepaid with personal or unapproved company checks will be held for 10 business days before processing. Orders for non-stock items and quantities are special orders, and must be secured by a deposit, prepayment, or a signed purchase order with approved credit. Prices, specifications, and the contents of this site are subject to change without notice. Quantities are limited; no returns without authorization. No returns on opened merchandise, non-stock items, or freight charges. Re-stock fees will be added if charged by the manufacturer. We cannot replace items unless authorized by the manufacturer. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Custom Supply, Inc. before returning merchandise for any reason. Return shipping charges are not covered by warranty. Unauthorized or collect shipments will be refused. No product warranty or specification other than those made by the manufacturer shall apply to the sale of any product not manufactured by Custom Supply, Inc. SHIPPING DAMAGE,
UPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS: Call your local office for a damage
inspection report. UPS or Federal Express will inspect and
return the damaged product to us and arrange for settlement of
the claim. Custom Supply, Inc. ("CSI") warrants the computer systems that it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The period of this limited warranty is 1 year from the invoice date. Extended warranties are sold separately. This limited warranty covers normal use and does not cover problems due to external causes, including: accident, abuse, misuse, damage during shipment, electrical power irregularities, failure to back up data, failure to perform other required preventive maintenance, modifications or service not authorized by CSI, natural disasters (such as fire, flood, earthquake or lightning), neglect, usage not in accordance with product instructions, use of parts, software, or components not approved by CSI, or viruses. This limited warranty does not cover data, or parts, software, or components not installed by CSI, or to items with altered, missing, or illegible labels. Accessories are excluded from this warranty, and are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. All software is sold "as is". Service under this limited warranty will be provided at the CSI facility in Birmingham, AL, in accordance with the policies of CSI and the part or component manufacturer. Travel to other locations will be billed at standard rates. To request limited warranty service, you must contact CSI Technical Support within the limited warranty period. If limited warranty service is required, CSI will issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be marked on the outside of the shipping carton. You must ship the product back to CSI, in its original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. All important data should be backed up, prior to shipment. CSI will, at its option, repair or replace defective products, and owns all parts and components removed from repaired systems. CSI uses repair components that are new, or equivalent to new, in accordance with industry standard practices. If CSI repairs or replaces a product, its limited warranty term is not extended. If a replacement product or part is supplied to you in advance of CSI receiving the defective product or part, the technician will ask for your American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or open account information. You are financially responsible for the return of the defective product or part, and will be billed for the shipment. These charges will be covered under this warranty, if the defective product or part is received at CSI within fifteen (15) days of the Return Authorization date. The defective item should be shipped to us freight prepaid and insured, using its original or an equivalent box and packing materials. CSI will ship the repaired or replacement item to you freight prepaid, signature required, to any address in the continental United States. Under no circumstance will CSI be liable for any losses, expenses, or special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or limitation of use of a product sold by CSI. In all cases, the customer’s sole remedy for a product failure is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CSI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. So, those stipulations may not apply to you.
